FINDING LOVE
What if the universe was constantly sending you signs that you are loved?
Finding Love started one day in 2015 in Las Vegas, NV. As I was walking, I saw a heart-shaped leaf. Soon, I noticed them everywhere—on sidewalks, in food, and even the clouds. A friend told me these hearts were reminders from my spirit guides, the universe, and eventually my mom showing her support. From the US to England, Paris, and Ireland, these hearts gave me purpose when I felt anxious or depressed. They are a reminder that you are loved; sometimes all it takes is to look up at the sky or down at the ground.
I created this journal to help you find your way back to love, hope, and your inner self. There is no right or wrong way to use it—all you need is your imagination and a pen. Whether you are reflecting on your dreams after a relaxing bath or releasing the stresses of the day, use the heart on each page to let your thoughts flow.
Whether you look back a week from now or a year from now, you will see just how far you’ve come. Open your eyes, find the love around you, and let the words flow.

ABOUT CAROLYN MEERS
ABOUT CAROLYN MEERS
Carolyn Meers is an England-born artist, musician, and mother whose work is grounded in resilience, compassion, and creative healing. A drummer at heart, she uses rhythm as both expression and release, while her handmade fairy wands reflect a belief in wonder, intention, and transformation. She is a proud mom to her trans son, a devoted LGBTQ+ ally, and a steadfast advocate for those—human or animal—who don’t always have a voice.
A breast cancer survivor and six years sober, Carolyn’s path is defined by perseverance and hard-earned self-awareness. Her creativity emerged later in life as a form of restoration, shaped by empathy, recovery, and purposeful living. When she’s not creating, she enjoys gaming, puzzles, and time with her cats, Luna and Corn Chip. She lives vegan and supports animal rights, leading with heart in all she does.
